Residenza Ki - Bed & Breakfast

A nice, clean room that was made up every morning, and breakfast was good. It worked perfectly for staying right in the city center. Thank you.

We didn't get our room key until 2:00 PM, even though we arrived at 9:00 AM on 1/9. Check-in was at the other hotel on Via Francesco crispi 10, four blocks away, so we had to carry our luggage there. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator. Breakfast had limited options and was served right outside the room, where it was noisy. The bedsheets weren't changed once during the whole week. When we got back at 11:00 PM on 4/9, there were no towels. I tried the emergency WhatsApp number on the card several times with no reply. I went to the reception at Via Francesco crispi 10, and when a resident came in and opened the door, I got inside and took some towels from a room next to reception. I told the manager what had happened the next day, and she didn't care at all. Nice service.

The room was the worst I've ever seen, more like a really cheap hostel. It was tired, old, broken, and there were no staff on site. The location also wasn't the one shown on the website. Tui booked it for us, to their shame, but we refused to stay. Tui then declined to refund us.

The cleaner we ran into at checkout was nice, and the location is good. But breakfast costs extra, we couldn't get a second set of keys, and there was no hot water in our third-floor room. I WhatsApped and called the contact number on the card, with no response. There's no elevator, which is normal, but nobody was available to help with bags. Our room was on the third floor, up four flights of stairs since the ground floor is level 0.
