The room was beautiful and clean, and the hostesses were helpful.

We’re Diana and Brian, an Argentinian couple. After a stressful trip around Italy and a long search for bed and breakfast places, we found this lovely, comfortable accommodation. The room was spotless, well equipped, and had its own bathroom, which was a big plus. In the shared areas there were individual tables for two, a fridge, an electric stove and kettle, cooking utensils, and private parking, among other things. Martina and Matteo welcomed us cheerfully and were always ready to help with our questions. We’ll definitely rent from them again when we return to Rome. Until next time!

The location is close to stops and shops. The room smelled normal and had a good mattress. There were even coffee capsules, tea, jam, and crackers, plus a kettle and glasses in the room. But there was no duvet cover, just two sheets, and the towels were dirty. Of the six, I found one that was supposedly clean. I rent apartments by the day, so I know what I’m talking about. The air conditioner blades were moldy, though it was warm. The toilet lid was broken and slid to the side, making it impossible to sit down. At least the shower was fine, thank you. The black floor seams could use a wash. Getting to Termini can take up to an hour with traffic. Price matches quality.

The owners were so lovely and helped us with everything. They come by in the mornings to tidy the place, which gives you the best parts of both a hotel and an apartment. It’s a small flat with three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.
