Rhinoceros by Fendi Rome

We spent five nights here on our honeymoon and felt like the only two guests in the hotel. Everyone was so kind and treated us like friends and family. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we can’t wait to come back.

The rooftop restaurant was being refurbished, and we hadn’t been told beforehand. The front desk was chaotic, and the extra beds in the suite were futons like you’d find camping in summer, not suitable for adults. I asked for a room for four adults, but ended up sleeping on the floor. It took three days to sort out the problem. The general manager was absent and didn’t seem willing to help. Half my vacation was wasted. A horrible experience.

I’ve been here three weeks, and having a kitchen in the room has been wonderful. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the shower is great, and it’s a funky place that feels like a real luxury.

Alessandra noticed from our passport details that my wife’s birthday was three days after check-in. She arranged a lovely treat, and everyone wished her a happy birthday. It was a really thoughtful touch that we both appreciated. She stood out to us, though I don’t want to take anything away from the rest of the team. We flew in from Canada in late May, 2025, after an overnight flight, and because I often can’t sleep on planes, I was grateful they let us into the room around noon. I’m sure that isn’t always possible, but it was a great start and gave me a chance to nap that afternoon. The room was great, very clean, everything worked, and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the art throughout the hotel. It was an easy walk to the Coliseum, baths, and Trestevre. We’ll very likely return to Rome and will stay here again. Highly recommended.
