Hotel Rimini

The room was clean, everything worked, and we had no damage or problems. Breakfast was fine too, served on the fifth floor at the top of the building. The staff were okay and actually quite friendly, in that Italian way. It's only two minutes from the train station, but we didn't hear any noise beyond normal everyday sounds, so sleep wasn't disturbed. We didn't run into the problems mentioned in the bad reviews, and I think the hotel is worth booking. If we come back to Rome, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again, though we usually like trying somewhere new. Thank you Remini!

The bed bug was the worst part of a thoroughly awful stay. The sink kept blocking up because of poor drainage, and the staff were rude and unhelpful the whole time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. The room was filthy, dusty, and outdated, and the hotel itself looked as though it hadn't been properly cleaned. My allergies made that especially uncomfortable. The air conditioning ran all night and couldn't be switched off, so I couldn't sleep properly. The lift was tiny, felt unsafe, and only worked some of the time. It would be a bad fit for anyone who's claustrophobic. I stayed two weeks ago and was extremely disappointed. Even one star feels generous.

The rooms are a good size and functional, and the staff were all really friendly. The bathroom and other details could use a little TLC, but it's a great place to stay. The location is perfect, honestly hard to beat.

We spent a week here, right by the train station, which was handy for getting to florance anzio and taking lots of trips around town on the subway. The staff were welcoming and nice. The woman who cleaned and looked after our rooms was a real credit to the hotel.
