Rione Di Roma Center Apartment

Roberta made our stay easy from the start. She welcomed us warmly, gave us the information we needed, and suggested things to see and do. We could check in early and leave our luggage at the property after checkout, which was really helpful. Her courtesy and professionalism were a big part of why we'd recommend this apartment. We were four people visiting Rome for my brother's birthday. The apartment felt comfortable and welcoming, with a well-equipped little kitchen and a spacious shower. It's a great base for walking around, about 10 minutes from the Colosseum, and Cavour metro station is just a couple of minutes away. The area itself is quiet, while the parallel street, Via Urbana, has plenty of bars and places to eat. We couldn't have asked for more.

We were four and would happily stay here again. The apartment looks just like the photos, with a modern style and lots of attention to detail. It was clean and close to the main sights, with restaurants, ice cream shops, and other places just meters away on the same street. Even with all that nearby, the street was quiet and good for relaxing. The landlord was friendly and quick to reply on WhatsApp. My daughter, who was already living in Italy, got there before us and they let her into the apartment straight away, which we really appreciated. They also suggested places to eat and let us leave our luggage on the last day since our train was later. We were delighted.

We spent a few days here and found it well placed, with very little traffic at night. I'd definitely recommend it.

Small, but it had everything I needed, and the location is hard to beat. I stayed here a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was and how much care had gone into the details. I'd absolutely come back. Highly recommended.
