The place was old and damaged throughout. The air conditioning was broken, and the window opening for its hose had been taped over. It wouldn't cool below 26 degrees, smelled bad, and we had to clean its filter. We asked for a regular fan instead but got no reply. The bathroom was awful too, with water leaking from the shower tray and unhygienic curtains. Even though we'd booked well in advance, we still hadn't received the door codes by arrival, and the entrance key didn't work properly.
