My brother-in-law Simone, who’s lived in Rome for years, recommended this guesthouse, and we were happy with everything. It’s a great base for seeing Rome at fair prices, just steps from the Baldo degli Ubaldi metro, with everything close by. Breakfast was included, and there’s a comfortable spot to make coffee, plus a fridge and kitchen. The rooms were clean and had all the basics. Romano, the owner, really lives up to his name: he was very kind and helpful, and even arranged extra beds for our family of four. Top place. We’d be happy to come back, and I recommend it.

The owners were very kind and ready to help with whatever we needed. The location is excellent, with good public transport and shops, groceries, and other conveniences nearby. I recommend staying here for a happy trip to the Eternal City.

There’s a choice of shared or private bathrooms. The rooms are bright and welcoming, set inside the building away from the street, with no complaints about city noise despite how densely populated the area is. The common room is airy and clean, with tables spaced and arranged nicely. There’s a quality coffee machine and a selection of herbal teas and infusions. Getting around Rome is easy from here: Cornelia metro station on line A is just steps away, and plenty of buses go to the city center, Via Aurelia, and the suburbs. Highly recommend!

Mr. Romano was a genuinely friendly, helpful host when he welcomed us. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the location was excellent, about a five-minute walk from the metro. There’s everything you need right outside the building, including a bank, supermarket, and bar. I hope I can come back soon. Highly recommend.
