There was plenty of room for our family of five, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Whenever we had questions, the host was available and very helpful with explanations. She even let us store our luggage for the whole day, free of charge, in another apartment just three minutes away. That was a big plus. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this apartment.

The location gets a couple of stars for being near the attractions, but the street itself felt like a filthy alley with rubbish around. The owners seemed friendly and let us check in early for free, and the entrance and lift initially gave us hope for the room we were paying over €100 a night for. That hope disappeared as soon as we went inside. It smelled awful, felt cramped, and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bedspread had holes and the sheet was so worn that I worried about being near it. The fridge gave off a horrible odor when we opened it, and the kettle still had water and white crusty deposits inside. The toilet looked clean enough, but I felt too disgusted to touch the flush. The bathroom was old and dingy, with hard water marks on the shower panel and grime on the tiles. After a day, nobody had cleaned or taken out the rubbish. When we asked the owners about it, they offered to send someone for an extra €20. The whole stay left us deeply disappointed and disgusted. Somehow we got through one night, but never again.

Take care before booking. I got into the apartment after checking in, then later that evening the host told me to leave because she had overbooked. I was left waiting for around three hours, with no clear solution, and some messages were deleted during our conversation, which only made things more confusing and worrying. She first said she would pay for my replacement accommodation, so I agreed to leave on that basis. Once I had gone, she didn't keep that agreement and stopped replying. It caused a lot of inconvenience and completely disrupted my stay. I'd advise future guests to be cautious.

There was no sense of safety here. When an issue came up at 11 at night, nobody answered, and by morning they still didn't seem to care. The room was disappointing and quite smelly, and it was never cleaned during my trip. If zero stars were an option, I'd give that. I wouldn't stay here again.
