My flight to Rome was cancelled by the airline after war broke out in the Middle East, so I couldn't travel. I'd booked five nights before the war began, and this was completely out of my hands. I contacted the hotel more than a week before check-in to cancel, but neither they nor the Booking staff responded at first. After several attempts, they eventually replied and refused to refund me, saying I hadn't given them enough time to rent the apartment to someone else. My brother happened to be in Rome at the time, so I sent him the booking details in case he could use it. He found that they'd already rented the apartment to another customer for those dates, and they confirmed it when he contacted them. He asked them to refund me, but they refused. So they took payment from me and another guest for the same apartment on the same dates. What do you call that? They took advantage of me when I really needed my money. I truly regret booking with them and dealing with these people. I don't recommend anyone deal with them. They're dishonest and exploitative.

The host made us feel at home and comfortable during our three days in Rome. We got check-in instructions in a message beforehand, and the room was cleaned every day and restocked with snacks and breakfast. There's also a shared room with a kettle, toaster, and other amenities available to use. The place was fantastic. Would 100% recommend.

Marco was lovely and happy to help with anything. He gave us information and made lovely cappuccinos. We had beautiful rooms and excellent service at Roma In Una Stanza, close to Vatican city and the metro. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely go back.

I arrived in Rome from Australia on the 14th April 2018 and was warmly welcomed here. The service was very good, I was comfortable for all five nights, and the breakfast was splendid. I'd recommend the place to overseas travellers and will definitely return once this pandemic lockdown is over. Gracie 😊

Residenza Foro Italico is well connected to the Vatican and city center, with a supermarket nearby and a nice bakery close by. It's a comfortable apartment with two separate attic bedrooms, and there's an elevator in the building. Every room has its own air conditioning machine. The view is wonderful, and the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Fully recommend!
