Absolutely spectacular!

Alessia is very friendly and available whenever needed. The B&B is well kept and conveniently located for getting around the capital.

The toilet cistern was extremely loud and took ages to refill. Parking was limited to one small car, and getting it in required a lot of maneuvering. Payment was demanded on arrival. During our four days, the towels were never changed and the bed was never made, even though we confirmed he entered the room while we were out: we left the shutter open and repeatedly found it closed. Breakfast also wasn’t served, despite what the website says, and we weren’t given a coupon. It’s hard to imagine a worse stay.

The photos don’t show what you actually get: there was no kitchen or living room, just a very small bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen shown belongs to the owner, who lives in the other room of the same apartment. The beds were small, the air filter was caked in dirt, and there was no shower gel, so you had to wash with hand soap. The pillows were yellow with dirt and torn, and there was no way to replace them. The boiler kept cutting out, so I had to wash in cold water. Disgusting, to say the least.
