Finding the place was a little tricky, though it was our first time staying in a B&B and we enjoyed it. The bed was very good, and the service was friendly. It was a nice stay.

I had to find somewhere else to stay at short notice after my confirmed reservation was cancelled shortly before I arrived, supposedly because of technical issues. The communication was inconsistent, which caused stress and inconvenience. It wasn't a reliable experience.

The man who cleaned the rooms was respectful and nice, and the place is within reasonable distance of most tourist sites. Towels were provided. Getting in touch was difficult. The phone number listed on Google didn't work, and the website didn't work either. I only found their email and phone number on the front door after arriving. The online check-in was also long and frustrating because I had to enter my information three times even though it was correct. There was no toilet paper in my bathroom. Some rooms don't have their own bathroom, so those guests have to use the one in the hallway. We also weren't given checkout instructions, including where to leave the keys and the €12 tax. I hope they take this feedback into account and improve things.

The lady running the place was really nice, and the service and amenities were good enough that I'd definitely stay here again. They even let us check out a little late when we asked at short notice. It was comfortable and easy to reach by transport, though it's not in Rome's busiest area. The only downside during our trip was that the kitchen sink wasn't working.
