The room had a lovely modern finish and all the amenities I could ask for, and the staff were really kind and friendly. It’s just a stone’s throw from the Spanish Steps, with a local metro connection that made getting to and from the airport easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Rome.

Right by the Spanish embassy, across from McCafe, and in the middle of everything. For me, this is the best place to stay in Rome.

Melania and Mirko, the owners, were exceptionally kind and courteous, always welcoming, available, and ready to help with a smile. The service felt attentive and professional from arrival through departure. Everything was very clean, and the spaces were elegant and quiet. The guesthouse is right in the heart of Piazza di Spagna, in a refined, well-kept property. I really enjoyed staying here. Courtesy, cleanliness, service, and hospitality all deserve top marks. It’s a comfortable, exclusive-feeling stay in central Rome, and I’d recommend it without hesitation.

Nearly all the sights are an easy walk away. The accommodation is in the lively city centre, close to the Spanish Steps.
