Rome Guest Hospitality

That morning, around 9, we wanted to get away as quickly as possible, but Andre didn't answer our messages or calls and didn't refund the other two days we'd paid for. The night before had been awful. We arrived close to 10 p.m., and after about an hour the heating stopped. I couldn't find another blanket, so I had to sleep in my coat. The walls were so thin that from early morning we could hear the neighbors, their children and dogs, shouting, barking, talking loudly, and watching TV. The furniture looked much older than the Booking photos and had an unpleasant old smell. The bed linen seemed just as old. I have very bad memories of this place. It was the coldest night of my life.

The place was spotless and everything seemed brand new. Our host was easy to communicate with, very pleasant, and helpful. I'd recommend it especially if you're arriving by car, since there's private enclosed parking.

The place was lovely, and the managers, who are from Rome, had everything so well organized. They were very welcoming and made me feel at home. The heating was really good in winter.

I was there for two days, and the kitchen was set up well enough for me to cook for myself. The bathroom was prepared nicely too, so I could take a relaxing shower. The service was very good, and everything worked out great.
