Ronda St. Angelo Suites

The location is central, but the room was nowhere near what the Booking description and photos led us to expect. For the price, the condition was extremely disappointing. The furniture was old, the sofa bed creaked with every movement, and the water stopped whenever someone showered and another tap was turned on. Hygiene was the worst part. The pillows were yellow and smelled of sweat, and the white sofa was so dirty that wiping it with a towel turned the towel black. The rooms need a proper renovation and a thorough clean. Charging 1200€ for 4 nights for 2 adults and 1 teenager, without breakfast included, felt like an absolute rip-off for what was offered.

Natalia was wonderful, and the service, lovely aesthetic, and location made this a perfect place for our honeymoon. It isn't the most luxurious stay, but we didn't mind. The hotel is right across from Castel St Angelo, close to the Vatican, and within walking distance of nearly all the major landmarks. It's tucked between two charming streets, via Dei Coronari and Governo Vecchi. We'll definitely try to stay here again next time.

Natalia was super sweet and quick to respond, so we felt heard whenever something came up. She helped us settle in and gave us lots of information about nearby attractions. When we had problems with the Internet and the shower products, they fixed them right away. The room was good enough for me and my boyfriend for the 3 nights we spent in Roma. The shower water did take 4 minutes to get hot, which was the one downside. Otherwise, I was very happy with the affordable price and central location 💞

There are only 4-5 rooms, and while the hotel is small, it's well kept. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and the people were really helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
