The location is very good, and the owner was easy to contact. I'd recommend staying here in Rome.

Our Royal Vatican Superior had two rooms and a kitchen. It was cozy and very close to the Vatican. Mrs. Loredana welcomed us and shared lots of helpful information. What a dream vacation, we'll be back soon! 🤩

We had a really good time in this quiet apartment and would return. It's clean and welcoming, with sterilized linens, and well suited to families. The location is excellent, with good services nearby, just a short walk from the Vatican and very close to the metro. The owner was very helpful. Thank you so much, I recommend it! 👍

We stayed at the Royal Vatican apartment in the center, just steps from the Vatican and a few meters from Ottaviano metro. It's elegant, with a spectacular bathroom and beautiful, spacious rooms that were clean and well furnished. Thank you for being so available. We'll definitely return, Monika & Mihai.

I stayed at the Royal Vatican Hotel in Rome from August 23rd to 29th this summer. Everything seemed fine until we got back to Spain. A coffee cup broke, and now they're asking for 60 euros. I left the apartment clean and tidy, and I have photos. The owner's harassment has been shameful, and I eventually had to block him on WhatsApp. I'm not refusing to pay for the cup, but I won't pay for all the damage he's claiming, especially as I shared the kitchen with another family who were leaving the next day. I'm posting this to make others aware. Also, the shower tray is tiny, only 70 cm, and nothing like it appears in the photos. I'm trying to get my money back through Booking.com.
