The room was extremely hot, and we could hear people using the sink on other floors. There was also a little mold on the bathroom walls. It looked like an apartment where they’d added lots of walls to make more rooms. Breakfast was a small coupon for one small coffee and a bun.

Five points, no more to add. The staff were friendly and caring, everything was clean, and the location was excellent. Very good value for the price, and breakfast was organized perfectly.

Everything was clean and well maintained, and it’s a great base for seeing Rome on foot. The Vatican Museums are just steps away. We could eat downtown and walk back to our room. Excellent!

The common room had a microwave and small tables where we could have dinner. Breakfast was included at a very good nearby café. The couple made us feel like family, spoke excellent English, and were reachable by phone if we needed anything. Being so close to the Vatican also meant we could enjoy St. Peter's Square early in the morning and late at night.

The hosts were warm and very welcoming, and the area is peaceful, tucked away on a side street where the city noise doesn’t carry. It’s close to St. Peter’s, with a metro stop just a two-minute walk away, so getting around the rest of the city is easy.
