The internet was the big problem. It was extremely weak and unreliable, often barely working at all. In central Rome I’d expect a stable, usable connection, and this one fell far short. Because of that alone, I wouldn’t stay here again. Otherwise, the apartment room was quite nice, much like a hotel room, clean and comfortable, and everything else was fine.

The owners were very friendly, lovely people, and the apartment was super clean and nicely refurbished. We spent five nights in the medium-sized room without a balcony. It’s well located, near the metro and buses. Two small things kept this from being five stars: the toilet seat should be replaced because its quality doesn’t match the otherwise nice bathroom, and the front door lock or key is hard to use. Both seem easy to fix. Recommended!

The owner was really friendly and gave us helpful local tips. They even brought breakfast to our room earlier than usual, though the breakfast itself was very simple. It’s a nice little place to sleep for a night, with good, spacious rooms. The centre is a 15-minute walk away. One bad experience: when we opened the windows, mosquitoes from nearby trees came in and bit us badly. Best to be aware of that.

The staff were friendly, and when we had to leave early for the airport and would miss breakfast, the concierge arranged an early one for us. I’d highly recommend it.

A nice little hotel in a quiet part of central Rome. The staff were polite and very helpful, and the location is great.
