The room and hallway were clean, and the location was decent, but the rest of the stay was miserable. There was no name on the building entrance, and with no actual reception, we were left waiting in the rain for ten minutes while the virtual system was no help. They also refused the card and online payment options shown in the booking and insisted on cash when we arrived. That felt dishonest. The room was badly maintained. Its lock didn't work properly, a light was broken, there was no heater, and the bed's awful springs made it impossible to get comfortable. We could hear every noise outside because the walls did nothing to block sound. The breakfast we paid for was a few pieces of bread plus a liter of milk and juice for two people to share across five days. When we asked about the promised daily breakfast, they denied having promised it. Staff ignored our complaints and wouldn't take responsibility. This felt more like a scam than a professional hotel stay, and I'd tell people to keep their money and avoid this place.

Things felt wrong from the start: communication was poor, the room wasn't as advertised, and the place seemed unprofessional. After I brought up a simple concern, the owner insulted me in a text. That was completely unacceptable and made the whole stay feel hostile and uncomfortable. I've stayed in lots of places and never been treated like that. Guests deserve basic respect, and this place fell badly short. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your money and book elsewhere.

The room and corridor were clean, and the location was decent, but those few positives didn't make up for the problems. There's no hotel name at the entrance, which already felt untrustworthy. We had a broken light, a faulty door lock, no heater, and a bed with worn springs that was so uncomfortable we could barely sleep. There was no sound insulation either, so every noise and movement outside came through clearly. We paid for breakfast for the whole stay, but got only a few slices of bread and about a liter of milk and juice for five days. Coffee and tea were available, but that isn't breakfast. They'd first promised breakfast every day, then refused to provide it. When we raised the issue, the staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. On arrival, we waited about ten minutes in the rain because there was no proper reception, just a virtual system. The booking said card and online payments were accepted, but when we got there they refused and pressured us to pay in cash. It felt misleading and dishonest. All the problems, broken promises, and poor treatment made this stay completely unacceptable. I'd strongly advise others to stay away.

The high price, old building, difficult access, and distance from the center were drawbacks. When I arrived, I had to deal with someone who couldn't speak English, which was unacceptable. Still, the staff eventually did enough to make the stay pleasant. The rooms were decent, and our balcony looked out over a lovely green backyard. In the end, I had a wonderful time.

The room and corridor were clean, and the location was decent, but that's about all I can say in its favor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with terrible springs, there was no heater, one light didn't work, and the door lock was faulty. With no soundproofing, every noise and movement outside came through, making it impossible to rest. The so-called breakfast was the biggest scam. We paid for it for the whole stay and got just a few pieces of bread and about a liter of milk and juice for five days. Coffee and tea were available, but that does not count as breakfast. They promised breakfast every day and then denied it. Staff ignored our complaints and refused to take responsibility. There was no real reception, only a useless virtual system, so we stood in the rain for ten minutes waiting. The booking said card and online payment were accepted, yet on arrival they refused those options and forced us to pay cash. It felt dishonest and misleading. There wasn't even a hotel name on the front door, which added to the shady impression. I strongly do not recommend this place. Save your money and avoid it.
