The room was good, and the staff were helpful. But the owner tried to add charges that hadn’t been mentioned anywhere.

They let us arrive before check-in because we needed a rest, and were really welcoming. They even offered us coffee and cake. The rooms were bright and clean, and mine had a lovely little veranda. The location is well connected to Tiburtina, with easy access by metro, train, and bus. I’d recommend it.

Mr. Marcelo was the best part of our stay. He was so kind at breakfast and helped us start the day on a good note. The room was another story. There were cracks, water leaks, and black stains around the building, which looked in poor shape. I wanted to shower and turn on the air conditioning, but there was no hot water and I couldn't find the AC remote. I messaged the owner and the man who checked us in, then tried calling several times before the owner answered. He told me to check again and suggested I turn on the electricity, as if I hadn't tried. He also sent me to look in their office for the remote. I did eventually find it, but the air conditioning still couldn't be used. My friend and I had booked one night because the location was convenient.

Marcello, the handyman, was friendly and easy to talk to. That was the one bright spot. The rooms were damp, ants were around, and every shower flooded the bathroom. The place was in a dark area and hard to find, and getting through the building meant using four keys. Breakfast was awful, just packaged croissants. First and last time for me. I'd strongly advise against staying here, not even Rebibbia prison needs four keys.
