The staff were wonderful, especially the friendly people at breakfast and the receptionists. The included breakfast had a wide selection, from bread and cheese to local sweets, plus great coffee. Our room was very clean and the standard was good, though it was small. It was still plenty big enough for two, and I couldn’t find anything wrong with it. The hotel is in a calm area, about a 20-minute walk from Colosseo and 10 minutes from charming Trastevere. We had a really pleasant stay. One surprise was having to pay the city tax at check-in. I knew about the tax, but Booking’s price made it look as if it was already included. I’m not sure whether that was Booking’s fault or the hotel’s, but it could be made clearer during booking.

I was very happy with my short stay. The room was spotless, the staff attentive and friendly, and breakfast had a good range of high-quality food. The bathroom was a little small, my only minor complaint. Special thanks to Ms. Ohana in the cafeteria and the lobby team. Highly recommend it.

Our wedding at Santa Prisca hotel went flawlessly, from the planning through the reception. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, and all our guests loved it. Ms. Emanuela from hotel management deserves special thanks for her dedication, kindness, and tremendous support throughout the planning. She made us feel special at every stage. Breakfast was phenomenal, with a big spread of cakes, croissants, sausage, cheese, salads, dairy products, and lactose-free choices. Everyone was super nice. The location is great, and while the rooms are small, ours was very clean with a modern bathroom and large shower. I’d definitely stay again!

The staff were polite, professional, and well-mannered, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was high quality with plenty to choose from. The location is great too, close to cafes, restaurants, and shops, with easy connections on the metro, buses, trams, and regional and national trains.
