The hosts were so kind and professional, always ready to help. We travel often, but rarely feel as welcome and comfortable as we did here, and we’d happily return and recommend it. The location is right in the city center, with the main sights all within walking distance. Our room was large, modern, and very comfortable, and the bed felt just like home. It was cleaned daily, fresh towels were always there, and the attention to cleanliness and small details really showed. The building has an authentic Roman charm while still feeling safe and relaxing.

The staff were friendly and even arranged a late checkout. Our renovated room was huge, slept three adults comfortably, and could have fit one more. The bathroom was spacious and had two showers. It’s a short walk to the train station and close to the sights. Great value, and we’d definitely stay again.

The building felt safe and was well kept, and the San Giovanni area is a great place to spend time. Everything was easy to reach on foot, with the metro handy too. The room was spotless and looked brand new. Massimiliano was an amazing host with impeccable communication. We’re definitely coming back.
