The cleaning was the standout for me. The hotel was spotless, fresh and carefully maintained, easily the cleanest place I've stayed. It's in a quiet area, and the staff were warm, welcoming and always happy to help. Simon and Andreh deserve a special thank you for making the stay memorable. This was one of my best hotel experiences, and I'd highly recommend it. 🌹❤️

The reception team went out of their way to sort out a complicated parcel delivery and return, and kept helping even after I'd checked out. They were kind and efficient, which is rare service. The room was great and the location convenient too. Fantastic hotel and an even better team. Thank you!

We had such a lovely family stay on a quiet street in Rome's fabulous Monti neighborhood. The staff were the highlight, warm, friendly and helpful at every turn. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and immaculately clean, with the local feel of Monti all around and the main sights, restaurants and attractions close by. We're already looking forward to coming back. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Bob Schilling

The breakfast was our favorite of the three hotels on our trip. There was plenty to choose from, including cereal, continental and hot items, good bread, croissants and cakes. My husband loved the coffee, and they make it to suit what you ask for. They also leave pastries in the sitting area during the day. Nothing was too much trouble for the cheerful staff, and we loved being able to relax in the garden or up at the rooftop bar after sightseeing. In the evenings, once the kids were worn out, we'd have a drink or cocktail and play cards. Those outdoor spaces made a real difference. Our room worked perfectly for the family, with a double bed and a large, comfortable sofa bed for the kids. It faced the street and had little seats in the window bay. The bathroom was clean, the shower was great, and there were nice toiletries, robes and spa slippers. Water, tea, coffee and snacks were complimentary. We weren't bothered by outside noise at all. The hotel is in Monti on a fairly quiet street, close enough to Termini but outside the area around the station, about a ten-minute walk along an easy route. The door code made us feel secure, since only guests could get in and out. We walked to the Colosseum, forum, palatine hill and Trevi fountain on easy routes through quirky streets that felt safe. There are convenience stores nearby, and lots of restaurants if you turn right outside. We also had ice cream at the gelateria on the corner. From arrival, we got a friendly welcome and useful tips about the area. The hotel smelled lovely and was pristine. It's a fantastic place, and I'd book it again if we return to Rome. I'll certainly recommend it.
