Frank's place is right in central Rome, close to the popular sights, and the terrace looks out over the city's houses. The room, location and host were all amazing. Everything was perfect, and we really appreciated Frank's hospitality.

The location is great, but the rest was a letdown. This feels like a side hustle rather than a hotel, and there’s nobody around if you need something. There are four rooms outside the lobby, and you can hear the neighbors as though they’re in your room. No need to set an alarm in the morning, since everyone else's will wake you up.

The terrace view was outstanding, and it’s only a short walk to the Spanish Steps. The rooms were modern and very clean, and the service was superb. It had the feel of an upscale bed and breakfast. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We were glad we picked this cute little hotel instead of a big one. It has a luxury feel, but you also get a sense of what it’s like to live downtown in Rome alongside the locals. Shops and cafes are right around it, the Spanish Steps and fountain are a very short walk away, and historic buildings are all around in every direction. The location and service were great. The guy who welcomed us kept in touch over WhatsApp about our arrival. He was ready by 9am, but we didn't get there until 11am, and he let us check in then. He also messaged to make sure everything was okay.
