I ended up having to find another hotel at the last minute, and they charged me a cancellation fee without my permission. Their replies were very slow. When I was due to check in, I couldn't get into the hotel, and an hour went by with no contact. I gave up and went sightseeing. Eventually I reached them and we agreed to meet that evening, but when I came back, nobody was there. I couldn't stay there at all. You'd be better off not choosing this place.

There were a few things to eat and drink in the room, like coffee, biscuits, and jam, even though breakfast wasn't included. The welcome was friendly, and the room was clean and nice. A lovely place to begin a trip in Rome. I was very happy with my stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the welcome was really warm. Getting around the city was easy too, with several bus lines right nearby and Termini station and the Castro Prieto metro station close by. I'd happily come back.

The young man who helped us was friendly the whole time. My husband and I stayed this past weekend, and the place was clean and welcoming. Being close to the train station was really convenient. We'll come back!

The rooms are clean, but that's about all this place has going for it. The staff didn't seem particularly friendly or helpful, though we only saw anyone for about five minutes. There are barely any amenities, just a couple of coffee capsules, and not being able to leave our luggage on the last day was a real inconvenience for somewhere that isn't cheap. I picked it because it's near Termini Station, but the neighborhood isn't great. It's a clean place to sleep, nothing more, and the Booking rating seems far too high.
