Alice was super accommodating and helpful, and made everything easy for us. The rooms were lovely and very clean. This was one of our favorite rooms on our tour of Italy, and we had a lovely weekend at Alice's B&B. The location is great if you’re happy to walk. It took us about 40 minutes to get to the coloseum on foot, and walking was a great way to see Rome. There are also metro stations and trams nearby. Thank you, Alice!

B&B Sleeppo turned out to be a good choice for our Rome vacation. The Trinity room was plenty spacious for the two of us, and its small balcony was a nice spot for breakfast and coffee. We also had a mini-bar and a personal safe. Alice and her staff were very kind and tried to provide whatever we needed. They let us share our breakfast preferences and ask for anything else we were missing. The rooms were cleaned and tidied every day. The location was excellent, on a quiet street even during the holiday season, when Rome was full of tourists. We like walking, and could reach the city center in about 30 minutes. If walking doesn’t suit you, public transport is easy: the bus stop is about 50 meters from the apartment, and the bus takes around 15 minutes to get to the center. Many thanks to Alice and her staff. We’d return to B&B Sleeppo if we visit Rome again.

The room stayed spotless, with daily cleaning and fresh towels whenever we needed them. We spent five nights in this quiet neighborhood near Villa Borghese, in one of four rooms. Alice was quick to reply by email and WhatsApp. Breakfast was simple and fresh, with a croissant, bread and jam, yogurt, and free coffee. There was also a reasonably priced snack minibar, plus cafés, a supermarket, and restaurants nearby. Rome's center is about 3 km away and reachable by bus 83, taxi, e-bike, or on foot. We had a lovely romantic getaway.

We loved being among local residents, a little away from the tourist crowds, while still being able to walk to the center. Alice was happy to answer questions about public transit, too. Her care really stood out. When we had an early tour, she made sure we had breakfast and even gave us a bakery ticket after we said it wasn't necessary. For our very early flight, she brought us a fresh pastry the night before so we wouldn't go hungry. She was incredibly sweet and helpful, and her attention to detail was hard to beat. The rooms at SleepPo are beautifully decorated and very clean. Each morning Alice sets the table with fresh croissants from a local bakery. My husband is extremely picky and reads every review before we choose a hotel or restaurant, and we were both so impressed. We stayed four nights and hope to come back.
