We were comfortable in the room and would happily stay again. After we headed out, housekeeping made the bed and cleaned up; the cash I'd left on the dresser was still there, just moved into a small cup to keep things tidy. When we first arrived, two staff members showed us around and shared useful tips, including nearby places to eat. We also had breakfast available before our early tour: toast with toppings, cereal and milk, fruit, yogurt, juice, and coffee.

The service was excellent, and both the rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

On my third trip to Rome, this was the best B&B I've stayed in. We opted for half-board and had dinner at the restaurant across the street from the apartment building. We always ate well there and were looked after very nicely. Giorgio got in touch the day before we arrived to ask about our arrival, then welcomed us himself the next day and showed us around the city. The property is on the fifth floor of an apartment building. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large private bathroom outside the room that had everything we needed. Breakfast was served on-site, with plenty of variety. We stayed over the December 8th long weekend. Congratulations!

We hope to come back soon. The hosts treated us so well, and the location was very convenient, with good connections. Both the rooms and the large bathrooms were spotless and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Alfonso was so kind and helpful. The B&B itself was lovely and clean, just a short walk from Termini Station.
