The owner doesn’t stay at this B and B, so entry instructions come by email and WhatsApp. Let them know when you’re arriving, and contact them for the details if you haven’t received them by arrival day. They replied quickly and sorted out my questions in good time. I was impressed by the IoT setup and web app for managing the property. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Rome Termini station. My room was clean, comfortable, and a good size, with a small lockbox, mini fridge, and decent high-speed WiFi. Fantastic stay and good value for money.

I felt very safe here as a solo traveller and would definitely come back. The room was lovely and clean, and the AC was amazing. The hosts were kind and flexible about letting me leave my luggage early, and they gave recommendations for the city. It’s very close to Termini station. Grazie!

Our room had a beautiful view, and the Colosseum was only a 20-minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay here. Roma termini was very close, about a 5-minute walk, I believe. 10/10, would recommend.

Carlotta, the owner, was really nice and helped us with every question. We enjoyed our vacation at this guesthouse very much. The rooms are modern and very clean, and with Rome’s main station nearby, getting around is easy and pretty quick. A lovely place to spend a few nights in Rome.
