The toilet wouldn’t flush for the entire 3-day stay, and the shower didn’t work either. We asked to switch rooms and were told they were full, but they weren’t. Calls and messages were ignored 99% of the time, and my complaint through me and booking.com is still being ignored. There was no bathroom bin, tea, coffee, wine, champagne, or toiletries, even though some of those were advertised. The place wasn’t that great anyway. Absolute joke. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

The person handling our WhatsApp contact was incredibly arrogant and haughty. From the first day, whenever I asked something, they answered rudely. They gave me the wrong room on the first day. The room was filthy, with a hole in the bathroom ceiling, mold in the shower, and terrible water pressure. The next day, while I was on a guided tour, they moved my things to another room without me there. They had given me the wrong room again and said I had to move because they’d put me in a room for four, while the group of four had been given the room for two that was supposed to be mine. DO NOT STAY.

The room we booked bore no resemblance to the one we ended up staying in. When we asked to change, they said it was full. Cleanliness was zero; all they did was put toilet paper in the bathroom. I gave one star only because there isn’t a zero option. We paid for amenities we never got. The WiFi, air conditioning, and coffee machine didn’t work, and the kettle had no water. They didn’t even leave us a bottle of water. It was February, 6 degrees and raining outside, and they only gave us a sheet. Worst choice for anyone looking for somewhere to stay. Service was zero.
