The building and design are lovely, and the location worked well. But staying here was a real letdown for a Soho House. Our room’s lights looked nice but were so impractical that I had to use the bathroom in the dark. The phone didn’t work, there was no room service, and staff were downright rude. They wouldn’t even bring water when we asked. I’ve stayed at plenty of Soho Houses and expected that warm Italian welcome and good service. This was the opposite. I’d go for a drink or dinner on the rooftop, or to use the pool, but I’d skip the hotel. One star at best.

The room was spotless and kept in lovely condition, and the food was as outstanding as ever. What makes this place stand out for me is the warm, genuine hospitality and the welcoming feel. It’s a place that keeps delivering and never disappoints.

We had an apartment, and there was plenty of room. The food and service were great too. The main drawback is where the place is: you’ll need a taxi to get pretty much anywhere.

The spa was amazing, and the food and drinks were high quality. We stayed in a beautiful two bedroom apartment that felt cozy and was super clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would happily come back.

The city view from this rooftop is stunning, especially at sunset. If you’re looking for a memorable rooftop experience in Rome, this place is a must.
