We were able to check out late, which helped a lot with our flight. After canceling an even worse booking, we booked this place at the last minute and agreed to pay cash for a better rate. The property seems to appear under different names on booking sites, which could be confusing. It's on the 4th floor of a residential building, conveniently placed near the city center and by the river, close to the Vatican. It was relatively clean, but seemed neglected overall, with worn, mismatched furniture. A small balcony had been turned into a dining area. The apartment is quite outdated, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom design wasn't practical. It was also missing basics such as dish soap and kitchen towels, and there weren't enough working power outlets across the rooms. It's surprisingly hard to find well-renovated, professionally managed apartments in central Rome, and this one was no exception.
