We stayed in October 2025 and were very satisfied. It’s a beautiful place to stay in an excellent location, and the service was excellent too.

The vintage decor is lovely, and the welcome was friendly. It felt like good value, too. But the TV is basically a framed piece of junk, and there was no way to adjust the heating, so I was cold all night. I skipped the packaged breakfast. I’d have preferred fewer cookies, snacks, and cereals, with a piece of fruit or something freshly baked instead.

We stayed from May 26th to 28th, 2019. Pietro was thoughtful and kind, and the location is handy for both the subway and the city center. Cleanliness was a different story. As people with allergies, we’re very sensitive to it, and the room and shared areas left a lot to be desired. Piero did clean our room once he learned there was a problem. The room was also very damp, and the rainy weather didn’t help. Would we recommend the place? No. We think a few important things need attention.

The B&B is just a few steps from San Giovanni metro station, so it’s easy to get around and explore Rome. The owners were very kind, and the brocante-inspired furnishings give the place a warm, welcoming feel. Highly recommended!
