The owner did everything possible to meet our needs, and having breakfast included made things easier. Coffee was made to order. The location is good, about a 30-minute walk to the Colosseum. Parking depends on when other guests booked, since the property has only four spaces. There are several other options nearby, and a parking garage may be your best bet. There’s also a metro station close by. For example, if you’ve walked between sights as far as the Spanish Steps, look for the red M sign and take the metro back to the B&B, getting off at San Giovanni. We had a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was our favorite part: plenty of fresh pastries, fruit, cereal, and other Italian-style options, plus an excellent cappuccino. It set us up nicely for a day exploring the city, and the price was very reasonable. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. It was quiet at night, so sleeping wasn’t a problem. Guests also have an iron, hairdryer, kettle, and fridge. The host was warm and kind, even letting us use some of his own things when we needed something, and gave us a city map marked with attractions. The Colosseum is about a 20-minute walk away. We had a fantastic stay in Rome and would stay here again. Grazie!

We had a pleasant stay and might book again next time we’re in Rome. The place is fairly central, though in a big city you can’t walk everywhere, and there are bus and metro stops nearby. For a budget option, it was a wonderful experience. The spacious room had a bed big enough for two and an okay bathroom. A few inexpensive touches could have made it perfect. The new air conditioner worked very well, breakfast had enough variety, and the coffee was okay. The room was cleaned every day, which was impressive but a little unnecessary.
