It's clean, and I saw the receptionist cleaning each morning. The bathroom seemed clean too, and the air conditioning was great. We didn't use the kitchen. With the train station so close, it's handy for a couple of nights or just somewhere to sleep. It's a good spot for walking, about 30 minutes from the city center, or there's plenty of public transport.

We only had a day and a half to see Rome, so this was a good fit for us as we were passing through and needed a comfortable place to sleep and shower. My boyfriend and I had a private room and bathroom, which was all we needed. The hostel is simple but right next to Termini Station and the Metro into historic Rome. It's quiet, and the staff were really helpful and nice. They bring breakfast to your room in the morning. It wouldn't be my pick as a solo traveler hoping to meet people, though they may have dorms, which could make it fun for that kind of trip. I'd recommend it if you're on a budget and want a convenient location.

This was the worst experience of my life. The staff made us feel uncomfortable because of our religion. The rooms and bathroom were very dirty, and the bathroom is shared with two other rooms. If you've booked, think twice.

The neighborhood felt pretty unsafe. We were three young women traveling alone, and walking there by ourselves at night didn't feel comfortable, though nothing bad happened. There's no kitchen, just a kettle and fridge in a storage room, so don't expect much. We were nervous after seeing all the terrible Google reviews, but were pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and easy to reach, and they gave us a pack of water, which was nice. We had room 101, a quadruple room with its own bathroom. Both were clean and better than expected, with clean, comfortable beds and fresh towels. Staff came in every day to make the beds and clean the room. It's very close to the train station and about a 20-minute walk to the center. A great fit for the low price.
