Communication was easy, and the staff member we met was very nice. The apartment gets cleaned every day, which isn't typical for b&bs in Italy, and felt more like a 4-star hotel. Everything was new and worked perfectly. The spacious bathroom had a big shower and a wonderful surprise, a jet-tub (jacuzzi). Bathrooms in Italy can be old and problematic, so this was a real treat. The apartment is roomy, nicely decorated, and has everything you might need, including a nespresso Maschine and water kettle. It faces inward, so there was 0 noise, despite being just 3 minutes from the main attractions, between piazza Navona and the Pantheon. A great find for the price. We'll be back!

The hosts were kind and flexible. I couldn't pay the city tax online, but cash was no problem, and they let me leave my bag in the room after check-out so I could enjoy the rest of the morning. They also restocked the toiletries, bottled water, and little biscuits for free whenever they ran out, without being asked. The shower had hot water and good pressure, and the bed was comfortable. It's easy to get around on foot from here. The Pantheon was about 5 minutes away, the Vatican 35, and the Colosseum 30. The Trevi Fountain and lots of other places are nearby too. I highly recommend it!

Joseph checked us in and was really helpful and nice. Our room was cleaned daily, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Rome. It was wonderful and ideally located, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom full of great amenities.

This felt like an Airbnb with hotel room service, though there wasn't 24-hour staff at reception. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels, drinks, and sweets included. The location was great, right of the Tiber and close to cultural attractions, shops, places to eat, and all the must-sees. We stayed six days and loved it.

I spent 3 days at Starhotel Pantheon hotel and would recommend it. The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, right in the center of Rome with the major sights a short walk away. Joseph was especially welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
