Suite Della Pigna

The host made the stay especially enjoyable, always welcoming and ready to help with questions or recommendations. We stayed in a stylish, comfortable suite with lovely furnishings. Its spot right in the heart of Rome made it easy to walk to the main sights, shops, and restaurants. I'd happily book it again and recommend it to anyone coming to Rome.

The hotel's location was a real plus, convenient for getting around. Our room, though, wasn't properly clean: the floor stayed dirty throughout our visit. We had booked a Junior Suite with a fully equipped kitchen because we were traveling with our seven-month-old baby. At check-in, we were given a room without one and told the balcony room was an upgrade. We didn't need a balcony. At first they said no kitchen rooms were left, then about ten minutes later called to say one was available in the next building. We did get the room we had booked, but sorting it out took unnecessary discussion and added stress after a long trip with a baby.

Really lovely stay. The service was outstanding, and Ms. Nicole was especially helpful, making sure we were comfortable and happy and sharing great tips for Rome. The rooms were new and spotless, and the location was perfect.

The staff were warm, quick to answer questions, and made the trip feel easy. Their restaurant suggestions were spot on, and every place we tried was delicious. Suite della Pigna also gave us a great base for exploring Rome, with everything from major sights to little streets within walking distance. We found our room much bigger than expected, with high ceilings, lovely upkeep, a kitchenette, and plenty of comfort. After full days walking around, it was a nice place to unwind. For the space, comfort, and location, the price felt unbelievable. We left already talking about coming back. Suite della Pigna made our Rome trip memorable, and we'd love to return.
