The owner was really friendly, and there were thoughtful touches like a scented candle and a welcome card just for us. Everything in the room seemed brand new, the beds were super comfortable, even the extra one, and the room was perfectly clean. Breakfast was delicious. The location's perfect, with everything within walking distance. I recommend this place to everyone!

This is basically just a room, and I paid a lot expecting nice facilities. I was shocked by the high reviews. It's definitely not worth the money or four stars, more like one star. The place only has three rooms, each with its own bathroom, and feels like an Airbnb. Everything is self service, from check-in through check-out. There's no receptionist, housekeeping or security guard to help. You might get help from someone in the neighborhood or by calling the owner. The location description is really misleading, as the place is three buildings past the entrance. You have to check in online to get the QR code to enter the building and room.

Mr. Luciano was very friendly and ready to help, which added to a great experience overall. The hotel is lovely and right in central Rome, with all the interesting places within walking distance. Our room was nice and newly furnished.

We booked the family room nine months ahead, but six weeks before the trip they messaged us saying the room couldn't be guaranteed and asked us to cancel. Later the same day, it was back on the site for twice the price! Greedy and unscrupulous. Don't book here, you could be badly let down.
