Tawhid Accomodation

Getting around was easy from this quiet neighborhood, with the station and public transport close by. Our hosts were welcoming from the start, always polite and ready to help. The accommodation was spotless and well kept. The room was small, but practical and comfortable for our needs. We came away with a great impression of Twahid Accommodation and would happily stay there again.

Even with all the people coming and going around Termini, I always felt safe. I was in room 2, part B, and had no complaints. It met my expectations, and I appreciated that they respected the red card asking staff not to come in for maintenance. The receptionist was kind and attentive, and we could stay in touch the whole time through WhatsApp. My experience was magnificent, and I’d recommend it. 🙌🏻

The towels looked dirty and smelled of vinegar, and the hygiene standards weren’t acceptable. There was no heating or air conditioning, despite air conditioning being included in the price.

The room was fine for the price, with air conditioning and towels provided, but the thin walls meant we could hear everything from reception and the room next door. The owner said we’d be fined 10 euros if we left the air conditioning on when we went out. In 35-degree Rome heat, that meant coming back to a very hot room, which didn’t seem fair. We’d booked a double room with breakfast for four days. When we arrived, nobody was at reception, even though we’d told the property our arrival time in advance. We had to ring several numbers on the intercom to get into the flat, then wait about 30 minutes upstairs before someone brought the room keys. Breakfast was just coffee and a croissant, served at the restaurant across from the flat. I don’t think it’s worth paying extra for, since eating in town would be better value. The flat is near Rome’s main station, which feels unpleasant, especially at night. At times we were afraid to walk around in the evening. Room: 4/5. Neighbourhood: 1/5. Service: 3/5. Price to quality: 4/5.
