We had an awful honeymoon stay at Caesar Rom hotel. The rooms were okay, but the service was pretty terrible. At the restaurant, staff ignored us. One server said “the man” would come take our order, then nobody came for 15 minutes. I had to ask again. It seemed to us that Americans got quick service while people of other nationalities were ignored. After 12 hours of travel, we could barely eat the food. The burger buns were stale, the burger undercooked, and the fries awful. At breakfast the next morning, coffee stopped being served after 9, despite breakfast running until 10. The food wasn't fit for a dog, so we left without breakfast and went out for a day in the city. There was no milk in the room for our coffee on the first night, so we had to drink it black. The two coffee sachets weren't replaced the next day, and reception said more would cost 5 euros. Even the cheapest hotel I've stayed in has provided coffee and tea. For a 4 star hotel, the experience was diabolical. If you want to enjoy your time in Italy, don't stay here.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the soundproofing was good. I appreciated the makeup remover wipes and refreshing wipes, and breakfast had a good spread. One problem was the toilet tank: it took hours to refill, so at times it seemed like the flush wasn't working. Water wasn't provided either, though there was a vending machine outside where you could buy it for eur1.

On 03/04/2026, students were shouting and running along the hallway until 23:00. Staff came by, but nothing changed. I wonder if there were over 500 students staying here. They were so rude and impolite, and the floor shook when they ran.

This hotel was terrible. The staff were awful and greedy, seeming to care only about getting money while giving poor service. The rooms were small and smelled awful, and the sheets were dirty and uncomfortable. I absolutely don't recommend staying here.

My stay was very disappointing. The hotel is far from basic services like supermarkets and pharmacies, which made things inconvenient. At reception, the staff were rude and unprofessional, and one receptionist acted in a discriminatory, disrespectful way. She understood what I was saying but refused to speak English with me. This was my first and last stay, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel at all.
