The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection

We especially enjoyed unwinding at the rooftop bar after sightseeing. You can see the Pantheon from up there, and it was a great spot for a cocktail, appetizer, or light snack while looking out over the city. Service was the hotel’s strongest point for us: the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The location is another big plus, with famous sights, restaurants, and shops all within an easy walk. The rooms are on the small side, though that seemed typical for a historic European city and didn’t bother us. We also thought the price was reasonable compared with other luxury hotels in Rome, given the location, service, and amenities. We’d stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐1/2.

The hotel was clean and welcoming, and the location worked perfectly for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Francesca at concierge, along with the desk and bar teams. A couple of small things did get annoying. The room lights were controlled by touch panels that seemed to behave differently each time and switched off on some unexplained timer. They also only worked when the key was left in the slot by the door. Housekeeping kept taking the extra coffee pods supplied for the Nespresso machine, so we had to ask for more until we started hiding them.

Nico and Andrea made our time at the Pantheon Hotel in Rome especially memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and care with the details stood out, and Nico’s kind, lively, welcoming manner reminded me of my own family from Italy. The upstairs patio was another highlight, with a lovely atmosphere, incredible views, and excellent service. Rome is magical on its own, but people like Nico and Andrea made the stay unforgettable. Grazie mille to the whole team. We hope to come back.

What stayed with me most was how personal the hospitality felt. The staff were attentive hosts who remembered preferences and went out of their way to make us comfortable, including thoughtful touches after long days of sightseeing. I felt genuinely welcome from the start. The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel gave us a memorable, personalized stay in Rome. I’ve never experienced warmer hospitality, and to me this is the finest hotel in the city.
