The staff were nice, and the quiet alley is close to a Metro stop. We could reach everywhere we wanted in under twenty minutes, and the neighborhood has what you need for a fraction of central Rome prices. For the price, the place is fine, though it feels more like a rental by owner than a hotel. The property needs a refresh: the shower was moldy and had nowhere to put soap or shampoo, the pillows felt pilled, and our queen bed was two twins pushed together.

Antonio and Alina were extremely welcoming and helpful hosts, and I had a great four-night stay. The location is fantastic: Bologna Metro station is a five-minute walk away, and Roma Termini is three stops on line B. The Colosso metro stop is also three stops away. Tiburtina train station is about a 25-minute walk.
