We had a great time staying in this apartment. It had everything our group of four needed. The host was always quick to respond and happy to help us find our way around. The location worked really well too: the park is nearby, Teano metro station on Line C is about a seven-minute walk, and the tram is only three or four minutes away. I'd definitely recommend it.

The apartment was much better equipped and looked after than I expected. The kitchen had everything, and there was more than enough in the bathroom. Luca also shared discounts for nearby restaurants, which made it possible to get a nice meal for a good price. I was a little hesitant to book directly since I normally use AirBnB or Booking, but Luca sent all the details and the place seemed legitimate and trustworthy. Getting to the Colosseum or the Vatican takes about 35 minutes and involves two forms of transport, like changing metro lines or taking the tram after the metro.

Luca was a thoughtful, kind host, and the apartment is a good base for seeing the Eternal City, just on the outskirts of Pigneto. It's a two-bedroom place, easy to reach by bus, tram, or metro. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. There was also a washing machine, TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen. For all that, the price was very reasonable.

For an authentic Rome stay, this apartment is a good choice. The amenities were clean, and the neighborhood felt peaceful while still having plenty going on. Getting into the city center was easy too. I'd recommend it.
