We were eight people in four rooms, and manager Thais looked after us from the moment we checked in. She helped with our luggage, suggested famous places in Roma and good restaurants, and was happy to help with anything about our vacation. She made coffee, prepared breakfast, and arranged our transport. One of the best travel experiences I’ve had. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

The hotel and rooms are tiny, but ours had everything we needed. I especially liked the morning view through the window, a little alley that made me feel like I was living in this lovely city. The hotel is tucked inside a building, though the staff guided us and we found it easily on arrival. It’s very central, safe, and convenient, about a three-minute walk from the Spanish steps. We hadn’t known much about condotti 29 when we booked. The two staff members we met on different days were both friendly and helpful, and they really made the place special. Breakfast was Italian style, with sweet breads, cereal, cookies, jam, coffee, oat milk, juice, and vegan options we hadn’t expected. It was all too sweet for us, so after we explained, a staff member called another hotel in their chain, 13 minutes away on foot. We went there each morning for fresh fruit, plain bread, salads, olives, and nuts. That breakfast was perfect for us. For a city center hotel during Christmas and year-end, the price felt affordable for regular people like me, and we were completely satisfied. I don’t cook when travelling in historic, culture-rich places like Rome. I’m out all day visiting local and vegan restaurants. If you want a simple hotel-focused stay, you’ll probably love what this place offers. It also has free guide programs, which is pretty crazy.

For six nights, my boyfriend and I stayed at Townhouse Condotti 29 and really loved it. Getting there from the airport by train and metro was easy. The location is right in the city center, near the main sights, good restaurants, and plenty of shops. The staff made the biggest impression, especially Thais, who greeted us each morning with a big smile and lots of positive energy. Communication was smooth and friendly from our first day through checkout. Breakfast is served on site until 11 a.m. It’s simple, with toast, cereal, juice, and freshly made coffee, but just right to start the day. The place is small, modern, and very clean, with a simple but thoughtful design. Three doors separate the rooms on the second floor from the entrance, and that high level of security made us feel safe. Thanks to all the staff, especially Thais, for the warm welcome. We’d definitely return.
