The one thing that kept this from a perfect stay for me was the breakfast price. It’s a fixed 30 Euro, whatever you choose to eat. If all you want is a cappuccino and croissant, there are authentic bars just outside that charge about one tenth as much. That fixed price is a hefty convenience charge. The rest of the hotel is stylish and comfortable, in a fantastic part of Rome. The rooms and facilities are high quality, with fresh modern design, excellent bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. The rooftop bar is a lovely place to unwind after sightseeing, with good cocktails and great views. Trastevere itself has loads of charm and energy, with restaurants and bars for different tastes and budgets an easy walk away. It gives you a local feel while still being convenient for exploring the city. If the breakfast setup works for you, or you’re happy to use a nearby cafe, Trastevere Roma | UNA Esperienze is a brilliant choice. 4/5.

We’re heading back to Rome next year, and this hotel is our new favorite. It’s clean and in a great area, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The customer service from both the company and the front desk was amazing.

I spent 8 nights here in December. The rooms were quiet and clean, the employees provided great service, and the WiFi was among the fastest I’ve had at a hotel. Most Trastevere restaurants are around a 10-minute walk or less. The drawback is that there’s no Metro access, though buses and two tram lines are easy to reach. Getting to the center of the city takes about 20 to 30 minutes.

Alessandro, the manager, really goes out of his way to make sure guests have a wonderful experience. The service was amazing. We had a beautiful suite on the 6th floor, and the breakfast was fantastic too. After long days touring the Vatican or Colosseum, the rooftop restaurant and bar was perfect for an evening in. We’ll always stay here when we visit Rome!
