A few guests were pretty loud late at night on a couple of our five nights in late November. The office is right across from the room since this is one floor of a building, so bear in mind it isn’t a regular hotel. Still, the kind hosts, spacious room, and ideal spot made the noise feel fairly minor, and I’d happily stay again. We were in the lovely Trastevere neighborhood, a short walk over the bridge from Rome’s main sights. There’s a taxi stand just around the corner, with a water refill station in the park. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and it was ready as soon as we arrived after our long flight. If you’re after hotel amenities and total privacy, this might not be your place. For comfort, space, friendly hosts, and a good base for exploring Rome, it’s a great choice.

The room was comfortable and in a good spot, near plenty of restaurants and the city’s main sights. Getting around was easy, especially on foot. It had air conditioning, a towel warmer, and a nice bathroom. The hosts were great during our stay. They suggested restaurants and places to see, and helped us figure out buses, the metro, and taxis. Excellent experience, highly recommend.

It’s a three-star hotel and very good value, with great cafes nearby for a delicious breakfast. The hotel is on the third floor and has a tiny lift, which we loved. It sometimes doesn’t work, though, so keep that in mind if stairs or mobility are an issue. We loved the comfort and location. Our large room faced the main boulevard, but the windows did a great job blocking the sound, which was needed. There was air conditioning and heating, plus a great en-suite shower room and toilet. Friendly hotel, highly recommend it.

The rooms are roomy, the guesthouse is spotless, and the air conditioning is impressively strong. I’ve stayed in Rome for years, and this is the cleanest place I’ve found, right down to the windowsills, under the bed, and bathroom. The owner is wonderful and very helpful. It’s in a cool Roman neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. This was my second stay, and it’s the first place I’d check for availability next time I’m in Rome.
