Trevi Elite Roma

Breakfast was the biggest disappointment at Hotel Trevi Elite. For each person, Antonio served half a baguette, one slice of cheese, an egg, and one slice of mortadella. There were no vegetables, no extra portions, and no additional drinks. When we asked for more, he unpleasantly said there wouldn’t be enough for the other guests. The food itself was very poor. On checkout day, we got no breakfast despite it being included, and no compensation was offered. The quality was so embarrassing that I’d rather the hotel didn’t serve breakfast at all. If you stay here, plan to eat elsewhere. We had a four-person room for three nights. It was reasonably clean, and it was cleaned once during our stay with fresh towels provided. The airport taxis, both ways, arrived on time, and the price was decent. The location is the main advantage: right by Trevi Fountain, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of Rome’s attractions.

Antonio arranged transport for us from the airport to the hotel, then from the hotel to the cruise ship. We were a family of four, my wife and I with our two kids, and the guest house had two rooms, a bathroom, and three beds. Breakfast being included was a lovely touch. We slept for 12 hours, such a great night’s sleep.

Antonio was a great host and looked after our family of four so well. He arranged our airport pickup, provided breakfast, and held our luggage on checkout day, which made things much easier while we were abroad. The location is ideal for experiencing Rome from the heart of the city, with Trevi Fountain only a few blocks from the entrance to Trevi Elite. I was visiting from the USA and stayed for three nights. I was fully satisfied with our stay. Keep it up, Antonio!

Flamingo room was comfortable for all four of us, including our two teenage boys, for the four nights. Antonio made us a good breakfast each morning and was an amazing host. The accommodation is right by the Trevi Fountain, with everything we needed close by.
