We’d booked and given our arrival time, but nobody was there to let us into the B&B. We couldn’t reach the owner for half an hour. When we finally got through, there was no apology; he was rude and aggressive instead. We objected to his behavior, and he cancelled our booking.

Nothing. It’s a bad place and the staff aren’t nice. The hair dryer exploded and injured me, but the property manager didn’t answer us or do anything to help.
