The staff were so warm and lovely, and even tracked down the wallet I left in the safe and returned it to me. My room was clean, the pillows had chocolates on them, and there was central heating at night. The location is central and near the Spanish Steps, but the area was quiet.

The whole stay was wonderful, from beginning to end. Communication was great, the staff were professional, and everything was clean.

The room was neat and clean, with decor that was as good as you'd expect, except for the old TV. The location is very good, close to Via del Corso and the main square. The entrance isn't very welcoming, and the walls are thin, so you can hear the people next door, especially when they're shouting at each other. There's no reception or staff member on site, but they were very helpful over WhatsApp and helped us when we needed it.

The suite was clean and nice, in a handy spot between the fountain and the steps, with lots of restaurants nearby. The air felt quite stuffy, so having a window that opens would be my only suggested improvement.
