For €38 a night, this was good value, especially with the metro, trains and buses nearby and the Colosseum about a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was included: a croissant, three pieces of toast with jam, orange juice and a hot drink of your choice. The room had air conditioning, a TV, several charging points and a mini fridge. The shower water was cold, which was a slight drawback, though it did feel refreshing after a long, hot day in the eternal city.

This quiet, private B&B is close to the Colosseum and the other main sights, and the price was great. The owner was friendly, the place was clean and well maintained, and breakfast was included. The beds were a little on the firm side.

The rooms were clean, and the service was great. It isn’t technically a B&B, but they did serve breakfast, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The location works well, halfway between the train station and the Colosseum. The beds felt a bit hard to me, but that’s personal preference. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Italy.

The manager was kind and waited for me when I checked in late. Still, the apartment urgently needs improvements, especially with cleaning, which is a serious problem. I can’t recommend this B&B.

There’s no kitchen and breakfast isn’t served, which is a downside. Still, Trinity B&B is spotless and well kept, and the Colosseum is about a 10-minute walk away.
