The photos are misleading. The room and bathroom were dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Outside the window there was pigeon dirt everywhere, and it smelled. Inside, the room had a stale, dirty odor too. There was no soap, the towels were torn, and there wasn’t even water to bathe with, let alone hot water. The staff were unacceptable. The person at reception smelled bad and was rude whenever we spoke to him. When I complained about the dirty room, he said he had cleaned it. It had never been cleaned. They’re frauds, trying to mock us and steal money!

The location is excellent, and most of the staff are friendly, but one person wouldn’t even let us keep the door open. There’s no AC or even a window, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here in summer. There’s no breakfast room or table in the room either. We had to eat breakfast on the bed, so you can imagine the mess.

I stayed there two years ago. They gave me a false receipt, then nobody took responsibility for it. I’ll keep rating this hotel negatively until I get my money back.

The staff were nice, but everything else was terrible. The place felt old, smelled bad and wasn’t welcoming at all, and the location felt unsafe. Avoid it, especially if you’re a woman travelling alone or with kids.
