UNA Hotels Decò Roma

Our Rome stay was the last stop on a family tour of Italy, and the welcome here stood out from all the others. It’s a busy hotel, but the rooms were beautiful and cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast team were so warm and kind. Thank you to the management and staff for taking such good care of us. We’d definitely stay again. ❤️

For one night before my cruise, this worked out perfectly. The price was good, the staff were lovely, and the free breakfast was wonderful. I also appreciated being able to sign in to my own streaming accounts on the TV and watch in my language. They have secure luggage storage too, which is handy if you arrive before check-in or need to leave your bags after check-out.

The breakfast waiters and housekeeping staff were very good, and both people I dealt with at reception were excellent. Receptionist Davide was especially helpful, while Reception Manager Simone was professional and helped me choose the right hotel. I stayed at UNA Hotel DECO ROMA in June. Many thanks to everyone.

The staff were easily the best part of my stay. They remembered my face and name, and when my luggage went missing at the airport, they kept an eye out and helped me stay informed about when it might arrive. They also helped arrange a cab and suggested places within walking distance. The location was great for getting to sights like the colosseum, though the nearby streets felt a little sketchy after a certain hour. The room itself was fairly large, with a king bed and a decent accessible shower-tub setup. The two pillows were quite flat, though, and the bathroom needed attention. There was obvious water damage around the tub, with mold around the windows and on the blinds. I also had to ask for an iron and ironing board, and was told I’d have to wait until someone checked out because they didn’t have enough for the building. That seems like a basic item to keep available. The room was otherwise okay, and for the price the stay was acceptable, though it didn’t feel like a top-tier hotel.
